Flowit is an HRMS that I developed with my team especially for Nuclea Solutions, a software development agency in Guadalajara. This is a Human Resources Management System designed to optimize workflow, organize workloads, improve personnel management, and support one-on-one meetings to evaluate performance and use that data to make better decisions within the company.
